TEAM JAMIE’S FIRST ANNUAL BAJA FUN RIDE

A group of friends formed TEAM JAMIE to commemorate the 5th year of his passing from this earthly plane with a very down to earth event. There were 10 riders and 10 support crew that came out for the event, which we hope will grow into an annual affair. It is held every Spring on the 3rd Saturday of April. Jeff Hess, long time family friend came up with inspiring idea and it took off from there. It was a tough but very fun ride. A few big hills but overall not too hard even for the untrained novice (of which there were several). After the ride the group enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the Ensenada Harbor. We played with bubbles and squirt guns, danced and ate snacks. It was truly joyful and JAMIE’S spirit was felt by all who participated.
