A Legacy of Love

Those who have gone be-fore us
have left a legacy
of sharing and of caring
to pass on a gift to me.

Love's the treasure they've given
whose worth can never dim.
They touch us with their blessing across time
and draw us in.

When we look back on all the things we've known,
we will celebrate the way we've been shone
to let the love of God shine thru our hearts
as we all do our parts creating a legacy of love.

Think of all you're doing
to live from God with-in.
Let the flame of your dreams lead you on
with the Holy Grin.
Ev'ry thought has power
shaped with love's energy.
Mold all your life with your song;
love will set you free.

Take love from the past.
Send love on be-fore.
Give your love to ev'ryone now
and our legacy of love will grow.
